What is The Wellbeing Journey?

The Wellbeing Journey a great way to learn more about wellbeing and explore holistic wellness: body, mind and spirit. It’s based around seven excellent videos on key areas of wellbeing – the wellbeing mindset, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational – to help you discover how to run on a full tank.

Colin and Michelle are the facilitators.

Colin bio- Colin Johnson is an accredited counsellor working in private practice. He also currently works as chaplain in the community for Hockliffe Street Baptist Church. Colin worked for over 10 years in a high pressure job and so understands how difficult it can be to get the correct work life balance. He is married and has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Michelle bio - Michelle has a background working in social care and a particular interest in holistic wellbeing. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, browsing antique shops and learning all sorts of things!
